What payment methods can I use?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards, Codensa, Colsubsidio, Pluxe (card or physical vouchers), PSE (savings account, checking account or credit card), Nequi, Daviplata, bank transfer to Bancolombia, Davivienda, Banco Colpatria, Banco de Bogotá. If you wish, you can also pay in installments through ADDI or SISTECREDITO (the latter two do not apply discounts or wholesale sales).

Do OVAT garments have a warranty?
Products will have a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase. The product must not have been modified by the buyer or altered from its original state. Furthermore, it must be in good condition and clean.
Returns and cancellations
What if I don't like or can't use what I bought?
Customer satisfaction is essential to us. If you don't like the product or it doesn't fit you, you have thirty (30) days from the purchase date, based on the product's invoice date, to notify us.
We can exchange the garment or refund the money with a coupon to redeem through our sales channels.
